The GEODYNA 9000P diagnostic / balancing stand by the German company Hofmann conducts a full scan of the tire and disk using five 3D laser cameras. Data is entered automatically.
Due to the multidirectional diagnostics all the wheel equipment defects are determined in one range, flat wear spots, damages in the sidewall zones. A check is carried out for correct tire fixing. The results are displayed on a color screen in three-dimensional format.
Stand measures:

The wheel is fixed and centered on the stand with the help of electro-mechanical clamping Power Clamp. Glue load clings as accurately as possible using the Geodata measuring lever. Special feature optimizes smoothness.
The results of the program are stored on a memory card.

Tire fitting Hofmann Monty 3300 Racing SmartSpeed GP Plus machines are certified by the WDK organization of tire manufacturers. The machine works with rims up to 24 inches in diameter and 15” in width.
With a special retrofit, the “third hand” can be used to service low-profile and run-flat tires, including those equipped with mechanisms and devices for mounting armored tires.
The unit has an exclusive system of inverter self-regulation of working speed. Self-centering clamp ensures proper fixation. Rack is blocked by a pneumatic circuit. Plastic protection prevents paint-and-lacquer coating damage of the disc. Two cylinders provide a secure clamp. The booster for instant tire inflation is provided.
Effective wheels flattening and burnishing:
The “Sirius wagon semiautomatic device” machine by the “Avto-star” company restores the geometrical parameters of both metal and alloy wheels.
The device operates in two ways:
• the disk circumference (burnishes) with the help of a two-sided roller system,
• corrects problem areas (ellipse, radial, axial displacement) by means of a hydraulic installation; if necessary, the disc may be preheated.
While service, the disk is clamped securely with a disk locking system with a central clamp, which allows for the most accurate repair and restoration work on the wheel disks. If necessary, employees of the company conduct "argon" welding of damaged disks made of light alloy metals using professional equipment.
