Payment and delivery

Delivery of tires in Ukraine is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta".

Cash on delivery: The buyer makes an advance payment on card for tires at the rate of 200 UAH. \ Pcs. Upon receipt of the tires office of Nova Poshta pays the remaining cost of the order. Separately, in the Nova Poshta department, the cost of delivery of the order and the cost of the “cash on delivery” service at the tariffs of Nova Poshta are paid.

 

Full payment for the order to the card: Want to SAVE on delivery? Pay for goods in full on card and do not pay for the "cash on delivery" service. Pay only for delivery of your order! When paying by card, we send you the card number in an SMS message. After confirming the payment, we send you the TTN number of the Nova Poshta for sending the order. Upon receipt of the order you pay only the shipping cost.

DELIVERY IN KIEV

Customers in Kiev can pick up their orders at our store at Saperno-Slobodskaya 8 street (Demeevskaya Square \ Bus Terminal area). A service station is located at the same address (tire fitting /flattening, burnishing, disks welding / tire storage).

DELIVERY TERMS

The delivery takes about 1-3 days, at the time of the order placing, our managers will coordinate you delivery deadlines. Orders accepted before 15:00 of the current day are shipping during the current day. Orders taken after 15:00 of the current day are processed before the end of the current day with dispatch the next day in the first half of the day.Please note that tires sent with the return delivery, the processing, a payment of the tires` delivery and the return shipment of money falls on the customer. The "Eurokoleso" online store does not pay for this service! It is possible to check the exact cost of these services within a call at the phone numbers listed on the store's website. Deliveries to the AR of the Crimea and some regions of Ukraine are temporarily not available.

PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES

- in cash when buying / servicing in Kiev or in the transport company`s office.- electronic payments are made by transfer from the customer’s bank card to bank card.- Only national currency is acceptable.
